Can we set up in flats/apartments?We can although we would require extra time and maybe an extra team member to help lift the heavy equipment so this may incur an extra charge.

Car parkingPlease can you ensure that we are able to park directly outside your property or as close to. Failing to do this will result in us being unable to drop off at your party. If there are any parking restrictions and a parking permit is required you will need to supply this to us.

How long does it take to set up?It takes around 1-2 hours to set up and have everything looking awesome! Packing up the following day usually around an hour.

What is the recommend age for a Pee’s Snooze Crew sleepover?Our recommended age for a party is 5+ however this really is dependent on your little guests.

Do I need to supply power?No, our fairy lights and decorative lighting are battery powered.

What is the hire period?The standard hire period is approximately 19 hours with no more than 24 hours. Longer hire times can be arranged, subject to availability.

When booking with Pee’s Snooze Crew, what is included?"All items within your chosen package, including delivery and set up within a 10-mile radius. If you live outside 10 miles, we would still be happy to deliver at an extra charge of £1 per mile.

What happens if the equipment is broken or damaged during a party?We totally understand accidents can happen, but we do take a refundable security deposit of £15 per tent to cover costs. If the security deposit doesn’t the amount required the client will be invoiced for the remainder.

Are the tents waterproof?Unfortunately, not they are for indoor use only.

Do we host the party?Pee’s Snooze Crew do not stay and host the party, but we ensure everything is set up just as you need it. We can offer a number of party add-ons, please give us a call or email to discuss.

Booking, Payment & Cancellations"We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your chosen party date. The balance of the party must be paid in full 7 days in advance of your party. We accept paypal, bank transfer & cash.

What size are the tentsOur tents are; length 120cm (47.2") x width 120cm (47.2") x height 140cm (55.1") – please ensure you have enough space for the number of tents that you hire.

How do you clean everything?This is the best part! You don't have to worry - we do everything! We launder using non-bio washing liquid and softener, once washed, dried and ironed all bedding duvets and pillows are vacuum packed and not opened until arrival at the party. Mattresses, cushions, tents and decorative items are always cleaned and disinfected.
